Community Manager

A Community Manager acts as a brand ambassador who also supervises a social group by enforcing community guidelines and maintaining harmony within the community. A Community Manager is also responsible in answering all queries related to the products or services he/she endorses. Very related to a community moderator, a Community Manager can sometimes perform moderation tasks such as giving out warnings, banning, blocking, and deleting unnecessary posts.
