Initial Coin Offering (ICO)

Inspired by IPOs (Initial Public Offering), an ICO (Initial Coin Offering), also known as public sale, is a fundraising method used by blockchain projects. An ICO allows institutional and retail investors to purchase tokens instead of shares. These investors can use fiat currencies or other digital currencies to participate in the sale.
