Restrict is an action used by community moderators to remove specific permissions from a person who has violated a rule/s of the group. There are levels of restriction that is determined by the gravity of the violation. An example would be restricting a person from sending messages for a 24-hour period but still allowing him/her to read the conversations in the group.
