QA Report

Quality Assurance Report (QA Report) keeps track of errors and best practices identified during an audit. This helps detect possible process gaps, create solid action plans to prevent recurring issues which may result in an escalation, and recognize a job well done. Normally, a random sample is audited and compared against guidelines to obtain independent scores measuring individual metrics such as Compliance, Accuracy, Efficiency, Customer Satisfaction, or others.
