Carlos Puig - Founder

Carlos co-founded BUNCH in 2017 with the goal of building an outsourcing company that helps tech businesses scale through strong operations, data quality, and top talent.

With a background in finance, strategy, and product operations, Carlos brings a structured and analytical approach to building global teams.

At BUNCH, he has led key initiatives that shaped the company’s delivery model, financial systems, and long-term growth strategy. His focus today is on expanding BUNCH’s international presence and improving performance across business units.

Together with Rodrigo Cardenete, Carlos also co-founded Morphal, a company focused on using AI agents to automate business operations while keeping humans in control of key decisions. At Morphal, he leads efforts to apply automation in ways that deliver measurable impact for clients.

He is passionate about how data, automation, and decision systems change the way companies grow. When not working, Carlos enjoys exploring new technologies and studying how organizations adapt through technology.

He is based in Manila, Philippines.
