Rodrigo Cardenete - Founder

Rodrigo co-founded BUNCH in 2017, driven by an obsession to support tech start-ups and tech-enabled companies through outsourced specialist talent.

Having been a client of outsourcing agencies while running several media apps in his previous job, he realized most BPOs lacked a true understanding of modern tech businesses. Together with Carlos Puig, he decided to build the kind of BPO he always wanted to work with: focused on top talent, data quality oriented, and 24/7 operations.

Rodrigo held different roles at BUNCH, including COO, CEO and Head of Delivery. Today, he focuses on driving BUNCH’s next growth stage as CMO.

He also co-founded Morphal, the first AI agent development studio specializing in automating business operations while keeping humans in the loop. Rodrigo believes the future of work will be a tight collaboration between AI agents and humans, where AI handles most of the execution and humans elevate their role to higher-value tasks like validating AI outputs.

When he's not running his businesses, he enjoys writing about his new obsession: the impact of AI agents on knowledge work.

Rodrigo can be found in Manila, Bali, Barcelona, and on business trips to the US.
