Outside of work, Ritchelle loves watching her favorite K-dramas and spending time with her family. Cooking for her loved ones is one of her favorite ways to relax and show care. If she weren’t a content moderator, she imagines herself working abroad on a cruise ship as part of a housekeeping team, combining her love for travel with her goal of providing a better future for her family.
Her greatest motivation comes from her children and her desire to build a better life for them. Ritchelle’s dedication, determination, and love for her family inspire her to keep working hard every day.
