Clarina Napoles - Data Labeler

Clarina is someone who leads by example, even after only a few months on the team. She enjoys staying ahead of the curve, often spotting and solving problems before they have a chance to escalate. While she takes a lot of pride in her attention to detail and her ability to stay calm under pressure, her real motivation comes from the people around her. 

Whether she is guiding newcomers, collaborating with her colleagues, or checking in with her supervisors to ensure accuracy, she brings a heartfelt energy to everything she does. Clarina doesn’t just follow guidelines, she masters them, constantly adapting and learning to make sure her work is something both her team and her clients can rely on.

Outside of work, Clarina enjoys reading books on personal growth and faith, listening to music, and watching vlogs to relax.

With prior experience as an HR assistant and auditor, she sees herself well-suited for a future role in HR Payroll, bringing both discipline and dedication to everything she does.
