Definition of

Full-Time Employee (FTE)

A Full-Time Employee (FTE) is an individual that is assigned to a specific project, task or campaign with 35 or more working hours per week. Occasionally, an FTE may be required to perform additional tasks either for his or her current campaign or for a different client depending on production needs.
