Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a business metric that measures as to what extent operations are met through the standards agreed by a client or provider. KPIs are set and agreed before any project starts to ensure that the service provider is clear of the targets that need to be achieved and/or maintained.
