A Node is any device that connects to and runs the blockchain network. It has a copy of the ledgers or transactions stored on the blockchain and it can perform tasks such as validating and publishing transactions. Any electronic device that has access to the internet and has a unique IP address such as personal computers, smartphones, or network printers can be a node.
