Ethereum Request for Comments (ERC-20)

Ethereum Request for Comments (ERC-20) is a standard protocol that is used in issuing tokens under the Ethereum platform. From the name itself, it has 20 unique ID numbers that differentiate it from others. It also has a list of guidelines that token developers must comply with to allow new tokens to be used and distributed in the Ethereum platform.
